Anyone ever cancel an order on PChome?
I made an order last Friday, but cancelled it the same day. The status shows as "cancelled", but according to PayPal and my bank, I was still charged for the order.
I submitted a PayPal dispute just in case. Anyone else run into a similar problem?

Have you tried to contact PCHome? I would not see it as a "Problem" unless they refuse to refund.

Is there an e-mail I can contact? Hard to navigate the site since I can't read Chinese and am just using google chrome translate.
I only see it as a problem since the order was cancelled, I would assume they wouldn't accept the money via PayPal.

Yes there is an email you can contact
Under Check orders and QnA -> Problem Query -> and it should lead you to a blank space
I'm not sure whether this is similar since I'm basing this on a fail payment instead of a canceled payment
As to the equiry, I'd suggest you to send both in English and Chinese.
If you need help translating their response should you not understand, I can give you a hand in that

Due to a number of stupid mistakes and misunderstandings on my part, I did have an order I cancelled almost immediately. I was charged, but refunded within a couple of days.
If you aren't, use Google Chrome to translate and a lot of things become more clear (such as the fact that refunds will occur in a few days :) )

This is what I see after I clicked Problem Query.
I tried selecting the second one on the top row (查詢退款問題 - "Details of the refund problem") then (查退款進度 - "Details of the refund problem"), but I get 很抱歉,此商品您並未辦理退貨 - "Sorry, this product does not handle your return".
I don't see any blank space. =/
also, 訂單取消 = cancelled right?

If you read their refund policy it says 3 days to refund. I ordered some duckys but decided against it and I did get my money back after 3 or so days.

Sorry to bump this really old thread, but I also have a very similar concern. Basically, I ordered an item, but cancelled less than a day later. On the PChome website, it says: Order Status - Order Cancellation. Does this mean I have to do something (go through an additional step) to get the rebate, or do I just need to wait? Thanks for the help, and again sorry for bumping an old thread.
