The + key on the number pad seems to have died on me??

Is there anyway to fix this?

Open the case up, set the multimeter to check for short circuit. Point the leads to the 2 ends and press the switch. If there's anything that changes on the readings, that means the switch is fine, and I can't think of another way to diagnose.

If there are no changes/sound from the multimeter, change the switch and you will be good to go.

Or use a hot air gun and peel the sticker off and stick it back.

Well, here are your options: you can sell it for parts, throw it off a cliff… you can donate it to a person that you’d like to see die in a keyboard crash, or, you can sell it to me, and I’ll use it as I would a hammer on my farm.

my offer is 15$+ shipping.

If it's still under warranty, I'd just try to get it fixed/replaced under warranty.
If the warranty is up or you live 10,000 miles from the company that sold it to you and you don't want to pay a million dollars for shipping and wait for the rest of your life to get it back, then you don't have much to lose. Just open it up.
