Title: What TV do you Compromise?

Do ppl here watch Glee? from the Friday thread, it seems like it, got me thinking, what tv shows do you "have" to watch as an externality of being in a relationship?

Currently for me its:
American idol
america's top model
Americas best dance crew

Soon (to air in a month or so)
Hells kitchen
americas got talent
so you think you can dance
project runway

Constants:
cake competitions (not cake boss)
cooking competitions

Some shows I have a passing interest in and some shows I half watch while surfing or something, but I still pay attention so I "know" whats going on.

I generally try to ignore the TV when my wife is watching it (which isn't often) unless it is a show we both like.  I occasionally sat and watched House, but that's the only recent exception I can think of.  I'll admit that I watched some Gilmore Girls too... me likes Lauren Graham.

I just canceled TV service though.  Plus I haven't picked up an antenna yet, so we're not watching anything for a while.  Sure, my wife will stream Glee and such on the 'net, but that's just about it.
