Very low profile look.

Pretty sweet integration. I love how much empty space can be used to fit cool stuff in.

Carry a Model F 122 around for a while.

Then, a Model M will seem light.

I've had the chance of having a model F in my hands, and I agree that there are lighter keyboards (basically every other keyboard ;p)
But the reduced weight of a crappy/light keyboard is also accompanied by lower room for "payload" inside the shell. I think a model M is a good compromise of both.
And it makes for a good melee weapon in case your security audit/pen testing goes horribly wrong.

He can be forgiven for not knowing that there are USB Model M "type" keyboards... manufactured in the USA by Unicomp! Even the Customizer 101 is available in USB, one doesn't have to go for the newfangled 104/105.
