This is just a primer for what I will list Tomorrow :) I'm doing a little spring cleaning and have decided I don't really need all of the 12 Topre boards I have. I mean I can really only use 2-3 of them at one time.
So what am I considering selling:
1) 86U or 87U (black) - Just can't decide which one of them I want to keep. So yall tell me which would you prefer to buy? I can tell you that the 87U will cost more than the 86U.
2) I'm thinking of selling one of my NEO CS boards ( I have 2 of them). For those of you that don't know what board that is click the link in my sig not a great picture but it will give you an Idea. The issue with this board is pricing why you ask because only 150 of them where made. The last time these came up for auction the first one went for $800 which made a few more show up (5 total came up for auction over a two month period). The other boards whet for about half the price of the original auction. So how do I price it? Hmm.. Not sure I'm still thinking about it.
3) I'm also thinking of selling one of my MD01B0 boards (I have 4 boards of that type).
NOTE: I'm not really thinking of selling my beautifully colored HHKB Pro 2. But hey if someone throws enough money at me I just might sell it.

I'm interested in the 87UB. Sending you a PM!
-
The last CS Neo board went on Yahoo! Auctions for about US$300 thereabouts and I forgot to bid on it.
Oh well.
But I would really like your 87U.
Variable weight right?
-
Like I said the first one went for around $800 US the later ones went for around 400 but you are right in that the very last one went for around $300 I know that because I got it :) After you pay all the fees and shipping to actually get it though I paid $400 for it. There has not been one listed in over a year either (but then again I don't look every day anymore so one might have slipped by). I know I can't get what I paid but I'm not about to give it away either. The question is will it be worth my time trying to sell it here or do I risk trying to list it on Yahoo Japan and see what happens. Other words can I get 250-300 for it here if so then I will sell one if not I will keep it and think about my options.
-
The NEO is all 45g, correct?
-
No it is just like a normal 89U with custom keys (55/45/35) but it is one good looking keyboard.
-
I know I'm going to piss some people off but the response has been overwhelming for the 87UB and the 86U so I've decided to just go ahead and sell them both. So at this point both are sales pending. I've also pretty much decided to hang onto my NEO CS. I will still be listing my MD01B0 though but I'm not sure anyone will want it.
-
......... I will still be listing my MD01B0 though but I'm not sure anyone will want it.
Damn 50 bucks for the MD01B0, if nobody wants it
LOOOOOLLLL
-
That might be fair. I got an HE00100 from Taobao for just over $100 before...
-
If you finally decide to sell one of your NEO CS I could be interested for sure but depending on price I will have to let it go for other users. It's obviously I don't want you to sell it for cheap when you can get a lot of money since that will be unfair.
Damn it's a nice looking keyboard!
I got excited when I saw your nickname and the Thread FS: Topre boards.

I'll keep it before I sell it that low sorry :) I like the board it's just that I have 4 of them so thought I would let one of them go just to clear up some space.

That's a good price on the HE00100 the seller must have had it in inventory for a long time to sell it for that price. I would not sell mine for any less than $100 so I guess I will be keeping it which is fine by me.

Yea I don't think anyone here is going to be willing to pay me what I want for the NEO so I'm just going to keep it and use it myself.
After this little selling spree lets see I have:
1) 1 x uniform 45g OEM Just 91U
2) 1 x NISSHO Electronics KB106DE - it has cool cupped keys
3) 2 x OEM NEO CS 89U
4) 1 x HE0100
5) 2 x Sun short type
6) 1 x MD01B0
7) 1 x HHKB Pro 2
8) 1 x Variable weight 91U
So lets see that leaves me 10 Topre boards Hmm I think I will be OK on boards for a while :)
-
Man, the keys on the Nissho look great, are they any good to type on?
-
It feels just like all the other Topre boards I have. The Topre boards are pretty consistent across all there boards. The nit pickers will say that some are slightly different which is true but they are all uniquely Topre boards and have the unique Topre feel to them. The only real difference between the boards are the key weights and on the Nissho the keys are a uniform 30g which is really light.

Just joking :)) The thing is I won't be able to buy anything from abroad before 2 months, as the guys here won't let internet purchases
1. more than 5 times a year
2. not leaving less than a two month periods between the two purchase dates, and
3. each purchase not amounting above $230
as they think the current account deficit is expanding just because of these purchases not because of their import to export production rates of 80 percent, where the imports mostly boil down to raw materials, half finished goods and bulk container full of half finished and finished Chinese products that are just branded, packaged or finished here.
So I have to wait for a very long time to decide what to buy and watch the items just passing by until my time is served :)))

SO now I know who's been sniping those boards dammit!

Is that RealForce 87U still available?
-
LOL. You spent hell lot of money on Topre keyboards.
-
Well you nearly spent $450 on a typenot solid.
It's the Geekhack disorder...affects us all.

Oh I don't know no more than most people spend on a hobby over time. Whats crazy is there are a few more I would like to get my hands on but just have not had the time to really pursue them. For instance I still really want to get my hands on one of these bad boys:
