I'm creating my own keyboard for working on sofa. my question what is good and resonable price for USB keyboard controller?
it should be switchable between dvorak and qwerty.

Nice plate, but will it be a lot of work to move your hand to the arrow keys and back all the time?
Today, for a project like yours I would not even consider anything other than a Teensy (http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/). Which is to say $16.
But hey, check this (http://deskthority.net/viewtopic.php?t=15) out too.

ill second the teensy. I love the idea, please keep posting your progress with the mod.

Nice metal work!
I recommend PJRC's Teensy++ board in order for ease of wiring and programming.
Following is a list of keyboard project on AVR taht you can look into.
