Actually, neither. This was used in my buckling spring experiment last year.

The "dust" is actually corn starch my daughter got into, and is almost invisible to the naked eye. She covered the kitchen getting into the corn starch once, and my office is next to the kitchen.

Edit: *sigh* I'll wipe it down and post more pics. *sigh*

Edit 2: Camera problem. You'll have to live with the photos.
