I bought my baby used off ebay, black shell with brown switches and today i noticed that alt+shift+z causes ghosting on ESC. can dead diodes case this? is the matrix board dirty? is this fixable?

also my white shell with transparent switches has a faulty x key, is this also fixable?

I deduced it was the matrix by using the one from the black shell on the white shell mainboard. same issue
can the matrix board go bad? i

not a dead diode, just straight wire instead of diode. fixed now :D
now to look into the other kb with dead x
