type portable pc 5155 or ibm 5155 and you ll find them not so expensive and in better shape.

yes its rare, but not so rare to pay 1000 bucks for it.

i bought last week one but in nib state with all and extra manuals a mouse and tons of disks.
playing with dos 5.0 around or norton commander :-), even tetris :D or basic.
its possible to plug in and use it on tv or monitor in color. but this amber 9" monitor is more fun :-).
o
instead of buying this model f watch for some other model fs^^ they re not so expensive like model m.
its real fun to type on model f even more than model m in my opinion

Not really rare.  You can pick these up for waaay cheaper than this one.  I think this is a recycled listing.  I recall a post about this very same keyboard/seller many months ago.  It didn't sell then, it won't sell now, it'll never sell at the absolutely ridiculous price the seller is asking for.

Thanks guys.  Neither this nor the Dvorak keyboards are great finds.  They are bad finds!  I just learned something new.

I think I paid $40 for one last year, so even $200 seems to be overpriced.

Actually sometimes the bad finds are more interesting (or at least amusing) than the good finds.

200 isnt that hard for this one^^ in perfect shape with all software handbooks and so on it would be no problem i think, but 1000 is really hard pricing.
used ones with no extra stuff at all are no problem to buy with a bit luck below 100.  at the end its how much it would be worth to you to buy one :-)
