Want a mechanical number/key pad for the office

looking for the layout like that of the numberpad on a 104 keyboard + whatever extra buttons on top if there is any.

Can't believe I missed my chance to get it off ebay :(

dont want that doesnt look like the numberpad on a 104 keyboard
