This seems a little high to me, but maybe space saver mania knows no limits. First, you have to swap controller boards with a full sized M to even get it working. And it's used. And it has no good pic of the keyboard.

For your own use, true. For futher resale as a collectable item, that would lower the value.

You could adapt the controller to be PS/2 or USB compatible. I would NOT want to pay $250 for the luxury of doing that though.
