IBM Space Saver II.
Rubber dome, don't know about how good it is - never had one.

Average rubber dome.  Have one at work on the crash cart.

IBM keyboards are hardly crap, no matter the technology used.

Are them Space Saver II worth anything?

Usually they are used as input devices for PCs...

Jokes aside, too much time since I touched one of them, but really I can't remember a single IBM/Unicomp/Lenovo keyboard that I would define crap.

They are usually in the range, good - very very good

It's an NMB so I'm guessing it should be fairly decent. IBM's other rubber dome boards aren't half bad either. I have a Rapid Acess II KB-9930 sitting in front of me and it's a little better than average.
