I recently got one SSK from Ascaii but one of the keys doesn't click. It registers just fine but it doesn't produce a click when pressed. What's up with that? I tried re-seating the cap many times to no avail. All the other keys click like new!
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

That sounds like the spring is sitting loosly on the hammer.
Sorry, I didnt go through and test everything.
I recommend you reseat the spring using the chopstick method, it will click fine once it is all the way on the shaft of the plastic hammer.

Never mind, I figured it out. This board is missing a ****load of rivets! I'll be bolt-modding it as well.
