Good Morning GH,
I'm really keen on getting a uk Filco tenkeyless brown switch kb. I want the keyboard to be UK layout one reason being, I'm use to the @ being near the enter key. However, my one issue with ISO is the short shift key. Does some sort of hybrid kb layout exist for the Filco?
Thanks,
P

No. Besides, if such a thing existed, you'd have to accomodate the \| key in some other place, which would be messy.
Id suggest getting the ANSI board, and making a custom key mapping on the OS, or even just getting used to the location of @

I switched to ANSI (UK person here) and much prefer it for general typing and gaming. There's not a whole lot of difference and you'll get used to it really fast.

Look at 6gv2, it has a big enter, big backspace and big left shift, swap the keycaps with an UK set (or with the UK stickers), and map the 105th key to alt gr+something

The closest I could find is a UK layout tenkeyless with blues (http://www.keyboardco.com/keyboard_details.asp?PRODUCT=805). You could try PMing them and ask whether they'll get in ones with browns any time soon.
