The KeyboardCo (http://www.keyboardco.com) has some "Ubuntu" Cherry-MX keycaps in stock (I ordered some yesterday).
These are modifiers to replace the Windows keys (or other 1.25 keycap), featuring the "Ubuntu - Circle of Friends" logo (white on black key). They come in pairs and fit all mechanical keyboards with Cherry-MX switches. email keyboardco for more details.
