Title: how wide is das keyboard super key?

since this week's obsession seems to be keyboard geekery, does anyone have a Das Keyboard and are you willing to measure your super key for me?  I would like to get a pair of tux keys if at all possible, because I view Windows as a necessary evil (if it weren't for AutoCAD and having to periodically update my GPS, I don't think I would ever use it.)

I did see the group buy thread about the doubleshots but if I was reading it correctly those are 1" and 1.25" wide.  I just measured the ones on my Cherry keyboard and they are about 7/8" wide.

Also, if anyone knows of a Tux or other Linux-related super key replacement that is available in grey or white, I couldn't find those... only black... :/  would really prefer grey w/ black logo to match keyboard, but if I have to, I could swap on black keys (but then my board would look funny w/ the white case... unless I painted it, that is...)

They are 1X or 1.25X wide, X is the standard key spacing 0.75". So it all equals out to you having a 1.25X key, probably the most common(?).

ah.  soy un perdedor.  in the GB thread I thought that 1 and 1.25 referred to the width in inches.  My Dell keyboards are about 1" wide - and the Model Ms don't have no stinking super keys :)  thanks for setting me straight!

They are 1.25x standard key size. Pretty much standard for keyboards. Any KBC replacement key will work. Also, Signature Plastics usually has replacement keys in stock.

I'd say more like the English flag... Or Swedish, or Danish. But the Norwegian flag is tri-colored =P

Reminds me a bit of a Norwegian Flag.

I'm going to do some more research but is it still possible to get that? My Das front row is still stock
