Any chance for these to be sold at your store?

Hi Richie.

I'm afraid not. Much as I would love to have them, they are not compliant with EU regulations so we can't touch them. When I say not compliant - it is that PFU Fujitsu never applied for certification, not that there is anything wrong with them.
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Chemicals) is the main one which deals with lead solder being banned and mercury and other chemicals which until recently were common in electronics. I know they are passed for California environmental laws which are as strict if not more so.

I paid for them last week so I'm as anxious to see them as anyone.
Hoping a couple of weeks still.

This is a damn shame. A few of my friends want to get HHKBs from Keyboardco but had to import them. I just got one as well and really wanted to go through keyboardco. Hopefully some time in the future this will change.

I have told them at PFU that any time they feel like selling in Europe I am happy to help, I can do the certification if necessary, but there is something holding them back. I have hit a stone wall, I would guess it is either contractural or they have looked at the market, guessed the numbers and decided it is not going to bring sufficient profit. It is a shame but all I can do is respect what they tell me. They are very polite about it.
