Title: Question about the Leopolds.
Post by: ssj2gohan83 on Mon, 11 July 2011, 22:02:36
To the Mechanical Keyboard Overlords,

I'll be getting a new keyboard very soon.  The keyboard I am going to get is either the FC200RT/ABN or the FC200RT/AB, and I'm torn between the two do to looking so gorgeous.  The only reason I would consider the Otaku model is to improve my touch typing skills further.  Despite the fact I can't even touch type the number row worth a damn.  If I decided to get the the regular AB model.  Will I be able to change the layout to Colemak without it changing the overall feel of the keyboard?

Well I'm definately no expert just someone who bought a Leopold (loving it!).  If your question is regarding moving keycaps around, each row has a different slant on it so yes it would be wierd.

Thanks for the reply.  I now know what keyboard to get. :-)  I'll just have to use either a program that can display the current layout in use, or print up a legend.  Just so I can learn the damn number row.

And thanks again Wogrim.
