Title: Stryker Vision Elect HD 21" Surgical monitor with desk stand.
Post by: theferenc on Mon, 11 July 2011, 22:26:36
21" Monitor at 1600x1200, matches 24" Dell ultrasharp perfectly in both vertical resolution and panel height. D-SUB, DVI, C-V, S-V, RS232 (yes, it can used as a serial terminal). VESA mount on the back, 3 screws around the outside edge for a "claw" style mount, whatever this is actually called. Rubber bumper all the way around.

Approximately 4000 total hours of being turned on (visible in the OSD menu). Usage clock tocks while the monitor is on, not just when it is in use.

4 different color calibrations, for working with different tools. While this is useful for surgery, I only use one.

Asking $1100 shipped. US only, as I believe you would need an import license for me to ship it outside the country.

These often go for nearly double that on ebay, but I'm moving, and I need the cash, so it's priced to sell. I will entertain offers, if they are reasonable.

I would expect so. Dragon Age, at least, looks amazing on it. Better than on my Dell Ultrasharp, for instance.

Edit: Also, it is designed to be used in situations where accurate color reproduction is a matter of life and death. Though it's been on my desk for a year, it was designed to be used by doctors performing surgery.
