yea the guy moved and never changed his address on ebay and we never could recover the item, and the other guy didnt read the description that my zune had a cracked screen, so now people are skeptical, bad luck, and ive sold like 20 more things but people just dont leave feedback anymore :(

Because as a seller he has 3 feedback. One positive one neutral and one negative. I would say that is fairly low.

I know what you mean. I always leave feedback (unless I'm unhappy with something but think they don't quite deserve a neutral or negative). One thing I've seen a bunch of sellers do is put a message from them in the package that at some point asks for feedback and they'd leave some in return once it's done. You could try that.
