Title: I love Filco

Just getting my 2nd Keyboard and i fall instantly in Love with this Baby. Its the first Filco and that will not be the last! First i thought of getting a Ninja Thenkeyless but just the full size is for me available at this moment thats no option for me. If a Ninja than a Thenkeyless! If i buy a full size then the Majestouch 1 with the gold logo. And so "BANG" there it is! Filco Majestouch 1 NKRO with Cherry MX Browns. I love my Deck Legend in my opinion it's beautiful and it is build like a tank. But the Filco is so damn sexy... and the build quality is also outstanding. I also like the brown switch for its lighter spring but i cannot fell any tactile bump. This must be my constructor bear like hands the are more like a claw! So the felt for my linear like the blacks on my Deck, just a little more lighter, thats fine for me. Have i mention that this Baby is so damn sexy?!

RING DING PING So for the haters out there my Filco has the ringing of death . Its the N key but only if i hit the key as if i want to hit the desk under the keyboard instead of the key. Viola :drum: there it is like Bigben! Normally not doing this so who cares...

btw Both Babys are so damn hot freaking sexy.:love:

I prefer the styling of the Filco to Deck but I agree with you, I'm an amateur mechanic and work in a construction-related industry, my hands can't feel the bump in the browns when I'm typing @ full speed.  So I have a quandary - keep using a POS board (that's Point Of Sale) as my primary board, hunt down a regular ANSI full size Cherry board w/ clears, or spend the bucks for a Deck and look at that wonky font all day?  decisions, decisions.

Yes the font of the Deck is special, love it or hate it there is no other way, i love it. For the bumb even if i try slowly as i can can't feel anyting. Just linear for my! But i'm sure it's not the board or the switch, that are my hands.

Thanks for your compassion. How could Filco offer such bad quality?! Today i realise if i smash the door of my 14 year old Mazda real hard it made also a frightening noise... Those Asian Guy's!

i been using a filco blackswitch very heavily for past 2 weeks, and i dont notice any pings at all. There was a slight squeak on the backspace, but it went away, and there is a tick here and there from plastic expanding from time to time due to heat, but no pings or pongs.

Cherry blacks fly up with the most force, so i wonder why the browns had them before, but the blacks dont.

No clue! On the Deck with black's no ping and on the Filco just the N key. I think its sound like the plate. But seriously this is only happen if i hit the N with absolut brutal force. No one will hit the board this hard in normal use [Gaming or Typing].

 Who cares, for me this board is in perfect condition. I love it and i keep it! Second in a row and more will come.
