-Filco Majestouch-2 Cherry MX Brown (Black on White key caps)
  Bought it about 2 months on Amazon
  You can tell it is slightly used
  Kept under plastic shell every time I'm not using it
  Comes with PS/2

I got to tell you though.  That numpad was one of the keyboards I ever laid my hands on.  Somehow, it feels even better than the Filco Cherry MX Brown keyboards
