These came out of an ALPS Glidepoint keyboard. They are tactile but not clicky. These are dampened.

Unless I am mistaken, these are the same ones that are on the SGI Granite. But i don't know **** about ALPS so someone correct me if I am wrong.
They actually felt really nice before I took them off.

How do I know if they are dampened? Is that was the white plastic thing inside is? I can take better pics for someone if they need them.

see in your 2nd picture (IMAG0139.jpg) the white slider that the spring attaches to?
if you push the slider and spring out, you should see little black rubber dampers that are shaped like barbells

Yep. They keyboard they came out of was missing keycaps so I desoldered them.
