They may not be available anywhere, but they do exist.

Hm, you can get one with browns (http://cgi.ebay.com/Filco-87-White-Mechanical-Gaming-keyboard-Cherry-BROWN-/300578774669?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item45fbe41e8d) and switch the innards for blues.
I think I proposed a similar solution to someone who wanted a Ninja with blues. When the day is over, truth is that it's just a case.

These were a very limited special run with otaku keys.

I'm thinking about this, but I'm scared that I might **** something up. It's definitely something I'm willing to do if my desperation becomes too much to bear. D=

I'm gonna strip a brand new Filco soon and will let you know if it blew in my face. Hope it doesn't.

Is there a fairly recent guide for swapping plate mounted switches? The one in Ripster's sig is for pcb mounted switches and the plate mounted guide he posted is down.
-
Yeah, it's called soldering 101.

This is what we call "trolling 101".

Hey, I'm serious (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=Soldering+Desoldering).

Swapping the entire insides into a different body would be trivial. It's just popping open the shells and moving one into the other. Use a flathead to pop off the top bezel, pull the rubber feet off the bottom to get at the screws that hold the pcb / plate assembly in place. Why would you need to solder anything?

careful, OP knows a lot.

The OP needs 2 Filcos for this mod.
It's cheaper to replace the switches.

FWIW qtan says that white Filcos with blues do exist, but he doesn't have any right now:
