Title: Are there services for shipping internationally from places that won't do it?

We are searching for a supplier of stipple brushes for the work my boyfriend does, but the source that has what we need is in the UK and doesn't ship internationally.  Short of having a buddy who lives in Oxford or something, are there services that are available to get this kind of thing over here in the US?  These brushes are close to $300 bucks over here anyway and in short supply to locate, so having a reliable provider would be useful, even if shipment were to be as much as the product methinks....
