Title: Any ideas what happened to this keyboard?

I just got a dell at101w in the mail today, and it looks like hell. Here (http://imgur.com/a/jOdDN) are some pics of it. My guess is that someone got bored and went at it with a soldering iron. Anyone have any other guesses?
