It resembles the familiar vintage Cherry MX, but there are some subtle differences which makes me wonder whether it's something currently in production. The key caps that came with it are spherical high profile, probably from SP. Mount looks like 0L.

Since the pic has your watermark what keyboard is it on? That often helps.
It is a keypad that was OEM'd by TG3, used for some sort of industrial automated assembly machinery. I'll post pictures of the complete board once I finish cleaning it.
