Title: Leopold Print Screen key issues

Hi guys, I've been having a problem with my Leopold keyboard. It doesn't seem to take screenshots! Well, it will, but very intermittently. Most of the time it doesn't work. After I press the Print Screen key I can't paste anything into paint, it literally has nothing there, it didn't save anything. What should I do?

EDIT: What's really strange... if I pretty shift + print screen it seems to work. That's cool and all, but when I'm in a middle of a game that I want to get a screenshot of, this doesn't work because pressing shift changes the view in the game.
