Title: clears and actuation/reset point

are clears as bad as blues regarding actuation/reset point?

I have looked at the diagram and there seems to be alot of force inbetween

No, there is no hysteresis in MX Clear like the one in MX Blue. You can see that in the force diagram.

There is still a little more hysteresis than on black or browns, but definitely way less than blues, practically not noticeable.

Hysteresis is good. I don't get annoyed by it. I get more annoyed with clicky switches that don't have hysteresis when I have typed a key twice and got tactile feedback for only one press.
