Title: SAG Keyboard?

Has anyone ever heard of these? I was at a thrift store today and I saw one and tried it out. It looked very old but was very nice. I don't think it's mechanical, but it was very smooth and tactile and I think there was even a kind-of-sort-of click when bottoming out. I liked it better than the Key Tronics they had there (KB101, and some other old one). It had a big [S|A|G] logo on the top left (I think, might have been the right). Anyone have some more info on these? If it's a membrane I think I'll buy it and saw off the number pad because this BlackWidow I'm using is just too big.

nvm guys found out it's a Key Tronics ErgoForce E03601. It's really nice though. I do think I like it better than MX Blues, White Alps and Acer switches... and it's a rubber dome!

Will do once I buy it. I'm waiting for $10 worth of stuff to show up there that's worth buying so I could use a coupon (yep, I'm cheap as ****). I don't think anyone else wants that keyboard there anyways haha. I believe someone else referred to these as "ghetto" topres. It's hard to explain. The keys go down really smooth and bounce back really fast and smoothly, very tactile.

If you've ever typed on a QuietKey, can you compare the feel of that vs. this? It sounds like an interesting board, and one worth checking for on eBay occasionally.

They also had a Dell SK-1000 something something. It might've been a QuietKey, but it didn't seem all that impressive. This was leaps and bounds better.

yeah there isn't a mechanism, it's just a long hole. I didn't know how to describe it so I just said mechanism haha.

lol I'll keep that in mind. Anyways, I didn't have enough nickels when I emptied out my change purse ("it's European!!"), but it took about 82.216g (according to Wikipedia anyways) of coins to collapse the key. Of course I didn't glue the coins together or anything, so... probably inaccurate.
