Title: Dented Box SteelSeries 6Gv1s - $35 - $45
Post by: REVENGE on Thu, 01 September 2011, 01:21:21: I have a bunch of so-called "dented box" 6Gv1s for sale. These are unused in their original packaging with all original accessories, including the wrist-rest, bag, USB adapter, and full set of gray key caps with key puller. HOWEVER, most (if not all) of the boxes are dented / damaged and covered with dust from years of storage. As a result, some keyboards might have minor internal / external damage, most likely pieces of plastic broken off on the inside. As far as I can tell, it should be an easy fix with super glue.

Here's the deal:
$35 for a 6Gv1 with minor damage
$45 for a 6Gv1 without any sort of damage

Once again, keep in mind that these were never used, but are in dented box condition. As a reminder, the 6Gv1 is 2KRO with the same layout as the 7G.

For time being, this is a LOCAL SALE ONLY. You must inspect / test the keyboard at the time of purchase. I am located in Southern California, PM me for available meeting times / pickup locations. If these aren't sold locally, I might consider shipping them in the future.

Edit: Just noticed it has a large enter key and moved backslash/pipe key. That just killed my interest :(

Post by: REVENGE on Sun, 16 October 2011, 03:09:04: Well guys, I haven't shipped any keyboards in weeks despite the poking and prodding from GHers here and there, and I'm not sure that's going to change anytime soon. I just don't have time to deal with shipping right now - having someone inspect, pickup, and pay for a keyboard in cash is a lot easier for me to manage. Also, I have pictures for a review ready, but haven't had time to post them or do the write up yet... :/
