Title: Any Idea If EK will restock 45g TOPRE 87u?

Hey guys,

Anyone have any idea will they restock 45g uniform 87u? I cant wait to have the keyboard if they are not going to restock i will just get the silent version instead however i would still prefer 45g uniform! T.T I emailed them but no reply till today :(

Ditto. Apparently EK does not reply to e-mail asking whether stuff will be re-stocked.
We just have to shut up and wait for the next wave (if they ever are coming).

Yes, they have never replied to any of my numerous emails in regard to stock even though I have already purchased two realforces from them. Not the best in customer relations. I would think that they can at least respond to the effect that they are not certain at this time whether they will get additional stock instead of totally ignoring their customers.

Just a suggestion, but you can use the same response to your customer's emails and at least we won't feel ignored.

They sold out darn fast and the product page is still on the website, which means we're probably looking into restocking it:) However, this isn't a regular item on a regular cycle, so we're talking months.

So, can we presume the same for the Topre colored keycaps?

according to brian from EK,

He told me that they knows the demand for the keyboard and keycaps. Like what he has said they are talking about months(2 months at least). Oh well, I cant wait to have the keyboard on my hands now thus i will just buy 87ub 55g uniform instead. T.T

According to brian, they are planning to come out Black Realforce 87u 45g just for EK but he said that will be in months time. Oh well guess they are still in talks.

OK, I got a response from EliteKeyboards (Thanks Brian!). There is no ETA on the white uniform 45g 87U but he's hoping for the end of the year. In regard to the colored keycaps, he is hoping for end of this month or beginning of next month. Hope that this helps with people's budget planning. I hope to pick up some keycap sets even though college tuition payments this month really killed my bank accounts.

The orange looks pretty nice too but I think I can only afford 2 sets. I'll probably put the blue keycaps on a white realforce and use the keycaps from the white one on a black realforce 86UB. I'll use the yellow keycaps on my black 87U. I just can't get adjusted to the almost invisible text on the black keycaps.
