- IBM SSK Industrial Mini -> ripster(1)
- Space Cadet keyboard (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space-cadet_keyboard)-> Daniel Beaver(1)

- Sega HTR-2106 (http://deskthority.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=62) -> Izza (1)
uTron maybe. It's not really rare just expensive. Datahands and Fingerworks 'boards come to mind, too.I have not been able to locate a uTron yet (its layout sucks big time). Datahand is in production , agree is expensive but is not one of the most wanted
I think the otd 356 series.
True that. For $400, though, it should be programmable, come with better caps, or something. As it stands, it almost seems like a Leopold in a nice, aluminium case.agree, to expensive for nothing more than nice aluminium case. Such price is due to low volume as well
Clearly the Phantom.Maybe over time, but not now :-)
I was thinking of the gaming system that went all vaporware. But I could be wrong about the name.
You got it right. See my post above. The only thing that came out of the Phantom (Gaming System) was the Lapboard.Is this the one ? (http://www.phantom.net/products.html)
The IBM M15 was the obvious choice... why eliminate that?because I owned it already ;-)
Maybe the space cadet keyboard is a runner up????

No one wants an Optimus Maximus?For sure is very expensive , but is not a mechanical board. BTW this is the link (http://www.thinkgeek.com/computing/input/9836/)
Meh. My most wanted keyboard right now would be one of those uber expensive Steno machines (the new flat ones). I'll find a link later.

It is mechanical. It uses Cherry MLs.I thought the it uses rubber dome
Tactile sensations are good: we use mechanical micro-keyswitches with a key travel of 2.5 mm. The activation force is, if you are interested, 50 ± 20 g.

I can prove it and give you Veronica Belmont's boobs at the same time.Show Image(http://i.imgur.com/uydih.gif)
Interested?
I'll only post if Geekhackers request it. I'm tired of always being called off topic.

Man! I need to get back into Tekzilla. What was she saying? "Check out my boobs"? "Do you like it when I shake my boobs"? "No bras day"?
Everybody has them. What's the big deal?
I can only imagine how hard it would be to get your hands on something in your list.
Back to the more interesting topic. I've noticed that, on Tekzilla, Veronica's boobs are up & down as in sometimes big, sometimes not so much. What's the deal with that?
What is the most wanted collectible keyboard out there beside the IBM M15 and MX5000
Besides the MX5000 (which I have NIB) and the M15 (which one day I'll have but not in exchange of my MX5000 ; ) I did bet 450 Euros a few months ago on an Industrial Mini that I missed (it went for 510 Euros and several people offered more than I did).
510 Euros is not close to the 918 Euros that a NIB MX5000 reached recently but it's still quite a big sum for a keyboard.
That's my most wanted because the industrial mini is just sooo beautiful... (after a M15 but you ruled out the M15 ; )
How about a Beam Spring keyboard that works on modern PCs?
HHKB3!!! With ARROW keys!!!
HHKB3!!! With ARROW keys!!!Sorry Nostradamus but that keyboard does not exist. I am interesting in real keyboards
