This looks like the same keypad that is bundled with the NIB IBM M4 keybaord I bought from iMav.  The seller has "more than 10 available."  The numpad should be buckling rubber-sleeve.  $38 shipped but seller accepts offers.  I wonder what kind of cable or connection it has.

It has a RJ45 connector.

Then it would need another keyboard like the M4/M4-1 with a female RJ45 connector to work.
