Hi guys! I just found out that Valve made Portal 1 free for a limited period of time (until 20th on Sept)

I thought I can let you know because it is a really cool game and if you have not had the chance to play it yet, you could take advantage of this (=

I got it for free when they did a promotion celebrating its release on Mac a while back.

It's not region based. It didn't have the "Portal is free...", so I assumed it just gave me the option to install because I own Portal. But I see it through my link. Maybe it was just acting up. Steam does that to me sometimes.

Worked for me... unfortunately creating a new account is NOT working  :(
