Hello guys
I'm new here and i like this site very much because im pretty a mechinical keyboard fan.
,because of the quality of build the pressure and the durable and the typing on it is much more fun to type on.
Im from netherlands so it can be happen you not understand my english but i try hardest to get my information good/right here on the forum.
Ok lets begin : I have gotten a lot of mechinical keyboards steelseries 6v2, black widow ultimate, filco majestouch 1 brown switch, filco majestouch 2 le red
I play for 90% of the games rts games so the right keyboard for me i like the lightest form of pressure from cherry keys so the browns.
Steelseries: was to hard pressure and i get not used to it
blackwidow ultimate :very light that was good but the click i dont licked it in rts games it was strange feeling for me and i get not use to it ,but typing on it was very fun.
Filco majestouch brown :is for me the best keyboard till now i dont feel almost the tactical bump so its almost the lightest for me.
The very fast typing and gaming on it may not the most fun to type on it then other switches but i go for the best functionality
filco majestouch 2 red was very long time to get used to it everybody says its lighter then browns ,but it was for me little bit harder then browns for my game starcraft 2 game and i get tired hands a little bit from it
but very nice feeling almost godlike
Now i want something better you guys think realforce topre is lighter/better/better queality for me if i like the browns the most of all what version is then the best for me?
I read on main site that there is 3 sensitivity levels of pressure (from keys) how works that out..? 35g 45g 55g or something
Is there any keyboard lighter for me then the filco browns but not from filco brand?
Bucklingsprings is it mechinical i hear it is hybrid combi from mech and rubberdome
and have the realforce NKRO i dont think so on the site it says yes but there is no ps/2 input same as the filco's...
and there is also a happy hacking keyboard i dont know any information about it seriously only from main site its also usb and i hear little from int on youtube so that keyboard is usb 6 keys simeantsly..
please can someone help me with these questions then i go buy it if the answers are good for me and my starcraft 2 and fun of gaming i get more from mechinical
thanks guys i hope someone can help me

Welcome to geekhack!
Capital letters and punctuation marks make texts more easy to read. Just saying.

The best keyboard for you is the one with the keys for . and ,
:-P
-
You will find that there is no best keyboard only after buying ten or so keyboards of different switches and brands.
Then you become collectors. But that will be another story.

Welcome!
From what you say, a Topre could be in your future. I still haven't tried any of them, so I can't offer advice, but it does sound like you won't be happy until you have tried at least one!
Oh, and I suggest that you ignore the hypocritical grammer nazis...

rather remap unused keys
That's not even a sentence. Just saying.

Use the forum search tool and take your time to read "everything". Seriously I wont read your whole post its way to messy... :(

geez the dude says he has bad english... good lord, cut the guy a break?

Thanks buddy. I like you, too.

My advice is:
1 - For the moment ignore the Happy Hacker. No point working with a strange layout at huge expense until you know if you like the Topre switches.
2 - If you want to try the Topre switch go get a Realforce. Take your pick between a 86 or a 87. Whichever one you like the look of best.
You mention the variable weighted boards and these do exist but there are also RF boards with uniform switch weights across the board. Do you have a feeling about variable versus uniform? Which one do you think might make you happier?
The only way to know without experience is to guess but you will be better at guessing for yourself than we will be.

that wasn't a pun was it? seeing that you're from Germany and he called you a grammer nazi...? double meaning i guess.

Nope. Nazi no longer has any connection to a country. It is a generic term of mis-use which when used as anything other than a joke marks the user as a moron to be safely ignored. In this case I choose to believe it was meant in a light-hearted manner and we can all move **back on topic** and answer the OP's question for them.

Exactly that, except that 'Grammar Nazi' is a common expression in its own right ;-)

There I fixed it for you :-)
And +1.

What a bunch of trolls.
The Cherry Red MX is probably the lightest, smoothest, currently shipping switch out there.
teh smoothest switch would have to be the cheeto cat. thats one smooth animal

OP already has a 'filco majestouch 2 red', but prefers browns.
-
sorry for my confusing text i try to fix it and make it shorter.
Normally on other forums they say your information is to short so i tried to make it big .
Your post was fine.
Could be polished but the sense was all there if people bothered to read it.
Ignore the whiners and whingers.

You're taking that "RIP kalykrh" thing a bit too seriously noodles.

are they selling it on http://www.keyboardco.com ? i looked there is a new realforce with 45 grams special edition pretty cool only its the same pressure as my browns
maybe i give it a try but first i need more research
-
as much research as you did for a new keyboard?
-
no i did lot more read a guide on this site about topre and reviews on google
-
Thanks is that the lightest topre and is the whole keyboard 30gram..
-
Listen. I'm an RTS player and I'm lucky enough to be able to afford a lot of different boards. I know exactly what you're saying about blues and reds feeling strange and your hands getting tired in RTS games respectively. I type on a Topre Realforce at work and it's lovely to type on.
But, I don't think the Topre is good for RTS for the same reason reds are no good. It doesn't have the same responsiveness as brown switches. When you are spamming your control groups the Topre just feels like mashed potatoes. Stick with browns if you play RTS seriously. If you must get a Topre avoid variable weight like the plague! I would go with the straight 55g.
Forget the happy hacking. You want your pause/break key don't you? Forget the 30g. On the my variable Realforce my fingers actuate the 'a' key without me even aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
