It's been up for almost 2 weeks now.

Most of the caps aren't doubleshots which is a downer, but that sexy Caps Lock key might be worth the purchase for someone. It's too bad the Enter key is ISO.

You're going to make the ISO minority sad!

Meh?  Auction says G80 but that is clearly not a MX clear but a MY switch!  what gives?

yeah- strange. Even the information on the back of the board says g80

Edit:
Upon closer inspection that photo showing the MY switch is not of this keyboard.  The f keys don't look like that on POS boards .

Ah, good catch.  A little misleading though, I could see someone buying that board to harvest the caps and then being disappointed when the F-keys turned out to be relegendables and not doubleshots.

Probably best not to buy that to harvest - looks like the same layout as my G80-8200 which has many little things that don't make it a good cap donor (ISO enter, no secondary legends on numpad, nonstandard numpad key layout, relegendables used for nav block, arrows, and f-keys, etc.)

That's incredibly uncool of him to do. And I think it violates ebay TOS, to use a picture from a totally different item as if it was of this item.

I would report him, honestly.

I'm conflicted...  on one hand, I'm thinking that he's not a keyboard geek and just put a representative pic of a beige doubleshot in the auction.  A mistake, but one that most people wouldn't even care about.

Then again, someone who knows the difference between lasered and doubleshot ought to know that someone like YT would want all doubleshots...

It is weird... Usually Ncbound knows what he's talking about, usually...

I have a similar board with doubleshot, but with an actual key in the top-right corner and it uses cherry clear and not MY style switches. Mine is a G80-3191.

I think this board has doubleshots- just not for any of the relegendable keys.

MY switch is for a very particular person.  They make my figures sore to type on them.

Agreed.  I don't doubt that the alphanumerics are doubleshot.

It's the product code that's ****ed.

Also agreed - which is why I'd want to see a pic of a stem that actually belongs to that board before paying $50 for it.  If I'm expecting clears, I want clears dammit.
