Oooh. That 1392980 model is a terminal board. And as we know, those can be made to work with a PC by swapping in the controller from a full-size Model M of similar vintage.  I would be very tempted to buy that if I had a spare controller right now.  Also it looks new!?! The description says used, but there it is, in its original box, not showing any scratches. The coiled cord is not stretched even slightly. Wow. It's a like-new in-box terminal-mini. That is a find.
