Mine will always be Van Damme, I've seen literally every one of his films.  Nic Cage comes a close second.  Also, Dolph Lundgren, Carl Weathers, Bob Hoskins.

The highlights of Carl Weathers' career for me were the homoerotic handshake/arm-wrestle with Arnold in predator, the homoerotic beach sprinting scene with Stallone in Rocky III, and Action Jackson:

I bet you were up all night in the 90's watching TNT's "Movies For Guys Who Like Movies."  Watching "Beast Master" for, like, the 300th time.

I had a roommate in college who did this very thing.

We only had four television channels here in the 90's, but yes close enough.  Thousands of VHS tapes.

I would have added "/Actress" to the thread title, but I though the term "actor" was gender neutral these days.
