Why are you telling me things that I already know?
So the clear is like a "blue" with the "clicky" sound? I think that I might like that :happy:no Clear has a larger tactile bump than brown and a stiffer spring than brown like blacks.
Oh wow sorry I meant without the "clicky" sound.if you dont mind the force needed for black youll probably like them better than browns but alot of people prefer a lighter switch.

So now we've come full circle and can start talking about ergo clears again... sheesh :)

Clears are stiffer (springs) browns with a bigger tactile bump...
I mean I like the force of blues better than the browns. I just couldn't deal with the clicking sound.blues should only have a slightly greater activation force and that would only be because of the mechanism that makes it click http://tinyurl.com/yk2hqqt
Clears come flawed - they really need to be converted to Ergo Clears. I've tried Clears, Ergos, and Tactos, and Ergos was the clear winner; not just by myself - my entire family loved them.I dont believe they do, they would have designed and made them that way if they worked perfectly that way. There have been threads on here quoting problems with ergo clears.

What do you mean by "flawed" ?he means the clears should come as ergo clears...
What do you mean by "flawed" ?Too stiff
I bottom out on browns now and was hoping that the clears would help with that plus, give me some more tactile feedback.
... I think that it's more like you have to really train yourself to type without using too much force on browns.
I agree. I have been trying to type with less force and sometimes when I type, it's so light that I miss a couple keys here and there because I don't want to bottom out.pick up some o-rings to dampen bottoming out. After using them for a while I took them off and noticed I bottomed out less. I still prefer o-rings on.
