Title: Desko and K Easy Keyboards
Post by: 2084 on Thu, 20 October 2011, 14:00:39
I found two keyboard pictures which could possibly be Cherry MX. I haven't found anything on here or on the internet yet,
so I figured that I just might ask you.

First: Desko 4717 (I only found a black Desko "MOS 5203 UP" on here which was in fact a Cherry MX, so is this as well?)

The keycaps look like double shots, can anyone confirm this?

The other keyboard is probably not anything worth at all, but I thought it was funny none the less:

The easiest way to tell what type of switch a keyboard has is to remove one of the keycaps.

Oh, and to see if they have doubleshots, look at the underside of the keys and if they have both colors of plastic visible then they are doubleshots.

I forgot to add that those pictures were from auctions and not mine.

Oh, well then, that changes things. I guess we are going to need to bust out the keyboard sciences.

As far as I can find a Desko 4717 is a different model than that: http://www.desko.de/english/branches/_direct/index.php?we_oid=551.

Both of them look like rebranded Cherry to me though could be MY. I actually wouldn't mind getting a hold of the K easy. Even if its not MX the body may fit a g80 pcb.
