I just came across with this youtube video today. Can anyone tell me where I can get these key caps?
I tried to search around, but got nothing.

Well based on the fact that A. one of his videos says "Otaku" it means he might have bought blank keycaps. and B. on one of the comments it says that he is using the "glow stickers" for letting, i would make the educated guess that he put the glow lettering set on his Otaku keyboard.

google'd glow keyboard top result http://www.myglowkeys.com/ looks the same to me.

ahh, got it. So basically, he sticks those things onto the otaku....
I thought it was some kind of key caps...

It is kind of obvious.  He thought the stickers would be nicer than the white lettering

He is a member on OCN. He also posted some photos on OCN and said that those are stickers on blank keycaps.
