I got the keycaps from the CHERRY POS thing from here:

i managed to shove this into a small flat rate box,

if anyone wants to NOT use flat rate shipping, i am told this is ~7oz so go calculate it on usps

just to make sure, those fit any modern cherry switches (with the + connector) besides the keys with the wires like space, shift, right?

Except for the relegendables (which are likely ABS), these keys dye up VERY nicely.  Even the darker beige keys take color well.  I dyed a batch red with the light and dack beige and they are stunning.  I use them on 2 different boards, so you don't ever really see them side-by-side.

think you could cram these into one of the 5 buck flat rate USPS boxes?

They're not excessively small, IIRC the size should be about right.

I guess i should have been saving these caps...i've thrown maybe 15 sets in the trash.

what a pity, shipping is more expensive than the product itself... need to make some accounting here before saying anything definitive.

so, $17 shipped... if you could attach some kind of printed receipt declaring this price, I can take them (otherwise, tax collectors will charge me 60% over an arbitrary -- usually painful -- value that they choose by themselves) :ballchain:
