Realforce 87UB 55g (Black Tenkeyless - Uniform Weighted) - Model: SE1800

• Bought from EliteKeyboards on 8/17/2011 and will include warranty paper that I received for it.Bought it for $383 which include CA sales tax and shipping. Used for less than 30 minutess so its basically brand new, its been sitting in storage as I waited for the 45g uniform weighted version to come back into stock, so I could compare.
• Reason for Sale: I just received my uniform weighted 45g model and I think I prefer the 45g and variable models so instead of having this sit and collect dust, I have decided to sell it
• It will include everthing I received with it: Box, Purple WASD keycaps, Red Esc Key and metal Keycap Puller.

does 55g feel stiff or heavy at all compared to blue switches?

To me, it feels stiffer but then again, I like heavier switches.

I don't mind stiff. I just don't want it to be stiff enough for me to consciously think to myself "this switch is pretty heavy" when I'm typing.

In my opinion this wasnt the case for me and the 55g topres, intial impression might seem heavy if you coming from something light but adjustment was minimal after a few minutes of use.

How does this compare to the Leopold with clears?

I find them lighter than the clears, but still some nice weight to it if that is what you are looking for.

The 87UB 55g is a great board. I keep trying different Cherry switches but always go back to my Realforce. GLWS
