Just bought like 6 of these on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/mn/search/ref=sr_nr_scat_705324011_ln?rh=n%3A705324011%2Ck%3Agrifiti&keywords=grifiti&ie=UTF8&qid=1321129480&scn=705324011&h=4d33378b36d1ffde445aac35dfd3c0b7b814c489
Did a search on the forums for "Grifiti" and didin't find anything so if anyone else has posted already, my apologies.
They fit the Poker's and HHKB's exactly, and are really cheap for the quality. If you don't have a crazy OCD about the wrist rest fitting perfectly, you can center align it on a standard TKL (Filco, Leopold, PLU) and it's about 1 inch off each side but perfectly still suitable to rest your wrists. Probably fits Noppoos and Siigs pretty well too.
Edit: Added pics below.

As you can see, it fits nearly perfect for the Poker. With HHKB's having nearly the same dimensions, it should fit them as well. Unfortunately, I don't own one myself, so I can't do a fitting for you guys. On the standard TKLs, it's off a little on each side.
As far as the feel goes, well, it's much better than not having a wristrest. It's a relatively hard foam, covered with material that feel like the old school mouse pads. The height sits a little higher than the Ducky or Filcos, but I personally like it. For $6.50, you really can't go wrong with one of these. If you've got a little OCD like I do though, the fitting not aligning with the standard TKLs is driving me nuts.

I have one of these for my TG3 BL82... they are the perfect size. Much heavier than I expected though, but thats a good thing.
-
any comments on the feel and materials/
-
any pics for these with your keyboard? im interested in one, but want to see how they look next to a HHKB or poker
-
I'll take a pic tomorrow morning, maybe do a little review also.
-
awesome, thanks
-
I am planning to get one at some point in the future as well.
-
I have one of these that I used with my tenkeyless. They are made of neoprene but don't have any noticable odor.
You can order them directly from Grifiti: http://www.grifiti.com/products/grifiti-keyboard-wrist-pad
Try coupon code SPECIAL40 to get 40% off (good thru 12/31/2011).
-
Hmm, they seem to be really good for that price...
But how to get them to Germany for a good price? ^^
-
Pics up.
-
Coupon code SPECIAL40 is invalid and coupon code 40 has expired. QQ
Would have been a steal for $6 shipped.
-
SPECIAL40 should work, since they sent me that exact coupon in a flyer when I received my shipment.
Try calling them and using the code.
-
Awww these do look awesome and I was about to order one for my Poker kb that I will hopefully buy soon but they don't ship to NZ.
6$ would have been a steal :\
-
AKIMbO, that coupon code should work. I just tested it. It might case sensitive.
By the way - Hello from Grifiti!

We'd love to ship to NZ and turning down a paying customer is never a good thing, but I think shipping to NZ would cost more the wrist pad itself. :/
-
Yea it really is a shame, they look awesome and would match my kbc poker I am going to get. What would the cheapest shipping option to NZ be? It's not like these can get damaged.
-
Are the ones in the picture the notebook edition?
Because the normal ones seem to have the same size as a full sized keyboard ? :/
EDIT: Yes those are notebook pads.

Yup notebook edition. I want to send them an email to see if they'd make a custom size for standard TKLs...but I'm lazy...

I use the Fellowes Microban and I love it for small keyboards. Perfect for my choc mini and little small for the Filco TKL but doesn't bother me. Bottom is slip resistant but not too grippy. Also comes in lots of variations/colors. Ordered from:

Less than $10 and fast shipping from that site

where do you ship from?
deciding which shipping to pick.
-
Just ordered one of these (notebook wrist pad in black). I got the coupon code to work. $6 shipped is a freaking steal for a holdover wrist rest until my Filco shorty arrives.
-

It ships out of the Bay Area, Calif.
-
awesome, order a red notebook size wrist rest. hopefully i get it by saturday or monday (got first class shipping)

Just curious, what size are you thinking? We're willing to try some different sizes to see how well the sell.

I think he means just make the notebook wrist rest longer so that it extends from one side of a tenkeyless keyboard to the other. A Filco, Leopold, CM Storm Quickfire...all tenkeyless keyboards...are 14 inches in length.
-
Oh yeah I got these too some time ago. They're great. Soft and supportive at the same time. Haha strangely they came up in the search results when I searched for "filco wristrest".
-
How's the wrist angle when using these with a Leopold/Filco?

It sits a little higher than my Ducky wrist rest, but I actually like that.
-
@tinhoang hope it works well
Not bad I already have a keyboard rest but I will try this one for 6 buckaroos.
-
I like!
Good find.
-
Bought a Black for HHKB and future DOX will use as mobile wrist rest might look at a TKL if available.
-
For the record, I've been talking to one of the guys that run Grifiti and they've now adjusted their international rate to $5.

Cool...now all we have to do is convince them to make a TKL version.

Good find guys, Ordering a turquoise one now!

International shipping rate?!!! If that's true that would be awesome and I would buy one right now.
-
International shipping rate?
If I try to order I can only choose Canada, USA or UK... =(

^Ditto! They should give me the first prototype for being the OP to this thread!

Lol...someone should message tinhoang.

i hope i get mine tomorrow, if i like it i'll pick another one up for my minitouch since they are about the same size
-
I've been meaning to get another wrist rest for awhile now... and at $6, why not? Their order system seems to have been implemented recently, since my order numbered in the double digits. It's good to see Drupal being adopted by new companies though, as I've always been a fan of the architecture.
-
I wish I could get one of these, but with the shipping costs to NZ it would work out to be around 40 USD.
:C
-
Anyone used one with a choc mini? did it fit well?
-
I got the regular sized wrist wrest and they feel very comfortable aside from it being a bit abrasive(mouse pad feeling foamy) on your wrist. Does its job well so far, will tell you how it goes on continued use of it and my wrist. Problems might be longevity and keeping it clean, but for 6 bucks I can probably buy another down the road. Reminds me of when I was a kid and they had those foam tiles that interlocked for safety :D
-
Just received the notebook sized wrist rest in the mail. So far so good. Like slueth said, the top cloth material is a tad bit abrasive on the wrists. I think the abrasiveness is amplified by the fact that the skin underneath your wrists is a little more sensitive and soft when compared to other areas of your body. Grifiti really needs to make a TKL version. Perhaps extend the notebook version by a half inch on each side. The only other criticism I have is the shape of the top section of the wrist rest. If it was slightly angled at the portion closest to your body it would make the wrist rest a little more ergonomic. With all that being said, you still cant' beat the price...Grifiti definitely has the pricing right on this item.

Did u get the free shipping? I ordered on Friday I think and haven't received mine and I'm in the same state as them.
I paid for first class shipping also.

Yes, I got it with free shipping.

The mailman just dropped off one of those grifiti wrist rests, fits my HHKB perfectly but I think the foam is a bit stiff for my tastes. I like the width but expected a bit more because of the reviews here.
-
got mine today.
had i known it was going to take the same amount of time from bay area to LA that it did from bay area to FL, i wouldn't have paid the extra shipping lol.
anyway, i like it. texture isn't as rough as i thought it would be from the reviews.

I found this product on Amazon and ordered it about a week ago. Didn't know this thread existed at the time. Anyways I've been using it on my Leo tkl for about a week and I only have good or neutral things to say about it.
As stated earlier, it is a few inches short of running the full length of a tkl. If you center the rest under the board, the outer edges of your wrists may hang off the ends. I have mine lined up with the left edge of my keyboard. It fully supports my wrists comfortably at a good elevation. the material is somewhat rough on top but not particularly abrasive. If you have sensitive skin or have a habit of sliding your wrists around then it may be a point of concern. The foam is fairly stiff which i consider to be a positive thing because it ensures that my typing ergonomics will be consistent.
Overall, I am totally satisfied with my purchase. The asking price is beyond reasonable and the utility is there. Unless you are one of those OCD types who can't get over the fact that it is not uniform with the length of a standard tkl or are not a fan of the material (rough cloth over foam) you probably have nothing to worry about.
-
Oh man, I had these in the shopping cart on both the Grifiti site and Amazon just to find out that there's on international shipping (Finland) available :( Is there any chance of international shipping in the near future?
-
Got 1 of each size recently. For $5 and $7, they are not bad.
-
Got one for work and one for home from amazon, they're not exactly cushiony, but they are better than resting wrists on the desk and the price is pretty great. Perfect size for HHKB or poker. I found the black one to be slightly rougher than the blue, but I could be imagining that.
-
Got one for use at home. Laptop size works with my tkl leopold. Pretty good wrist rest!
-
Hi everyone.
We have a sale going on this weekend - 15% off your entire order. Coupon code: WEEKEND15OFF (expires 3/25/2012 midnight).
On a side note, after reading up on the mechanical keyboards on this site, I decided to try one. Wish they would hurry up and ship it already. Looking forward to trying.

Hey tinhoang! Any chance that you'll be releasing a tenkeyless size soon? Also there no longer seems to be a black colored option available for your notebook size. Has it gone out of production?
