Probably from Signature Plastics, Made in USA, although the smiley looks a bit different and SP doesn't have that $ key.

Did somebody already buy those?

That's definitely Signature Plastics :) Just got my starcraft keycaps and they came with super-glue, but double-sided tape was also available.
