I know some member already showed off the custom made awesome aluminum case for poker. Well here is one done by some oversea folk in asia. Not too shabby.
Part1. Original poker case painted white for 3D scan -> Mod the 3D CAD drawing -> CNC for final shaping (CNC on plastic?)

Part2. Paint job first attempt

Final: Red paint job

This would definitely come in handy for the DOX keyboards. I wonder how difficult it would be to get our hands on some very nice cases like those. Although personally I wouldn't want aluminum, plastic would still be fine for me.

Yes I would love to get in touch to get one of those for my DOX. Do you think there would be any way to mount a plate in the case?

I think he did it only as his personal project (not sure). Since he has appeared on deskthority, someone who's got the resource and skill to make one can perhaps asking him to grant permission to access the CAD drawing and make one.
If u are able to include a mounting plate in a vanilla poker case, I don't see why not his design.

I believe a normal poker is PCB mounted thats why I dont know if you could use plate mounted switches and get a plate cut to size.
So whos got some cred on Deskthority and is willing to see if we can get the data to replicate the case?
