Cherry sold off all their doubleshot keycap machines, didn't they? So they're either, in order of likeliness, just lasered caps, a lie(old caps on a new concept board) or Cherry started making twoshot keys again(which would be great, but I doubt).

The shift keys looked to be of the position similar to lasered legends than double shot ones. (Refer pictures below)
But since the picture was taken at an angle, can't tell for sure.


Double shot keys have side printings on the Print Screen and Pause keys. Lasered ones are printed on the top side only.
