I am not sure which MX switches it is, but since they said they want to swap for Brown or Blue I am guessing it is MX Black switches.

I agree with your logic but his statement about it being "light" confuses me.  Were first edition Das Keyboards available in clears or reds??  I didn't think so, ok my brain is going to explode.  Maybe he is confused and thinks his Das Keyboard has light switches.

I thought the first das keyboard models were just variable weight membrane keys.
