Never read spider comics or tv show, so was just wondering out of the blue.  From the movie he's got like hair on his body that sticks to stuff but how does that go through his clothes on his knees and boots.

I doubt the details were ever really explained officially. You kinda need to use your imagination and accept it as it is.
